Center for neurorehabilitation of ATO participants
The department rehabilitates patients after shell-shok, mine-explosive injuries, injuries and diseases of the central and peripheral nervous systems and other neurological pathologies.
Indications for hospitalization:
- exacerbation of traumatic brain disease;
- dyscirculatory encephalopathy with CNS in the acute stage;
- acute cervicocranialgia;
- acute thoracalgia;
- acute lumboischialgia;
- acute Herpes Zoster;
- chronic radicular syndrome in the stage of exacerbation;
- consequences of cerebrovascular diseases in the acute stage;
- subacute period of strokes (after surgical interventions on brain vessels or without them) – (rehabilitation);
- the subacute period after operations on the musculoskeletal system (rehabilitation);
- acute injury of cranial nerves;
- acute neuropathies, polyneuropathies;
- neuritis, radiculitis, radiculomyelitis;
- residual manifestations of HPMK with exacerbation of HNMK;
- acute neurological complications of hypertension;
- ineffectiveness of outpatient treatment.
Contraindication:
- psychosis, schizophrenia;
- reactive states;
- chronic alcoholism;
- addiction;
- Alzheimer’s disease;
- acute infectious diseases of the brain and spinal cord;
- epilepsy with frequent crises (state after an epileptic attack (for the first time)).
Must have:
- passport;
- ID card of a participant in hostilities;
- electronic referral (issued by a family doctor);
- PCR – test (free at the place of residence) or ELISA – M – test. ELISA – the test can be done in the laboratory of KNPC “KMKL No. 11”.
The department provides:
- conducting examinations in accordance with approved standards and protocols for the provision of medical care;
- the use of highly effective and low-cost methods of conservative therapy (physiotherapeutic treatments) in therapeutic work.
Also, if necessary, patients are examined by narrow field specialists (cardiologist, ophthalmologist, surgeon, endocrinologist, traumatologist, urologist, gastroenterologist, otolaryngologist, dentist) and undergo additional examinations (ECG, bicycle ergometry, daily monitoring of blood pressure and ECG, EEG, REG, ultrasound, X-ray , FGDS).
The rehabilitation program includes:
- medical rehabilitation;
- therapeutic physical culture;
- therapeutic massage;
- physiotherapy (magnetotherapy, laser therapy, HF, KUF, dry traction traction);
- mechanotherapy;
- kinesiotherapy and Kinesio taping;
- psychological rehabilitation (consultations of a psychologist and practical psychologist).

The rehabilitation program includes:

- therapeutic physical culture;
- therapeutic massage;
- physiotherapy (magnetotherapy, laser therapy, HF, CFU, dry traction traction);
- mechanotherapy;
- kinesiotherapy and Kinesio taping;
- psychological rehabilitation (consultations with a hospital psychologist).
Also, if necessary, patients are examined by narrow specialists (cardiologist, ophthalmologist, surgeon, traumatologist, urologist, gastroenterologist, otolaryngologist, dentist) and undergo additional examinations (ECG, bicycle ergometry, daily monitoring of blood pressure and ECG, EEG, REG, ultrasound, X-ray, FGDS).
